About your stay

  • ①Is possible to leave my luggage before check-in / after check-out?
    We can keep your luggage on your reservation day. It is also possible that you send your luggage to the hotel (only arrival on the reservation day).
    Please write the date of your stay and the reservation's name on your luggage and send it to the address below.

  • ② What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is from 1:30 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
  • ③ Is possible to check in before 1:30 pm?
    We are sorry, we don't accept that.
  • ④Is possible the late check-out?
    We can accept up to 12 pm by availability, so please contact us directly. The extention fee is ¥1,000 /room.
  • ⑤How can I pay?
    We accept by Cash, credit card (VISA, JCB, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, DC, UnionPay), electronic money (ID, Rakuten Edy, WAON, nanaco, QUICPay, Suica, etc.), QR code payment (PayPay, Rakuten Pay, d payment, auPay, Merpay), WeChatPay, AliPay.
    Please pay when you check in or you make a reservation.
  • ⑥Can you arrange a taxi?
    Please contact to our front desk (arranfement fee of 400 yen is needed). It may take some time to dispatch the taxi.
  • ⑦Can I send the luggage?
    You can send only by cash on delivery, but we don't prepare for a box.

About breakfast

  • ⑧Please tell me about your breakfast.
    You can eat Japanese or Western style meal at Yuhigaoka Shokudou, where is about 50m from our hotel. You can also apply the breakfast at check-in for ¥1,800.

About the room and service

  • ⑪Do you have a bathtub?
    The twin and double rooms have unit baths. Single rooms have only shower booths.
  • ⑫Is the Internet available?
    Wi-Fi connection service is available on free charge in all rooms. Please check the ID and password on the top screen of the TV in your room.
  • ⑬Do you have a smoking area?
    All rooms are non-smoking. We will guide you to a nearby smoking space.
  • ⑭Can I drink the tap water?
    The tap water is drinkable.
  • ⑮Is there an ice machine?
    Sorry, we do not have.
